Custom Made-to-Order Products
All Jenny San Martin Design products are handcrafted to order in our Montreal studio. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or sizing issues.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues, we will gladly replace it at no charge.
Damaged in Transit
If your item is damaged during shipping:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
Include your order number and description of the damage
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and retain all packaging materials until you've confirmed the item is in perfect condition.

Pre-Production Changes
